On iPhone and iPad, open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. This re-checks your Apple ID and restores anything you have already paid for. If it still does not appear, email us with the date and amount and we will fix it manually.
If you bought the course inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple processed the payment and only Apple can refund it. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — it is free and takes a few minutes.

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, course progress, test history, chat messages and wallet balance are permanently removed. Payment invoices are kept only as long as Indian tax law requires.
Note that deleting your Niyukti account does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase — contact Apple for that.
Courses are tied to your account, but only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a new phone signs you out of the old one. If you changed phones and lost access, sign in again and tap Restore Purchases.
Check that the number is correct and has signal, then wait 60 seconds and tap resend. You can also sign in with Apple or with Google instead. If the OTP still does not arrive, email us with your mobile number and we will sign you in manually.
